I’m Eva Marie Casoria and I’m an expert in real estate “matchmaking.” Buying a new home is one of the more important decisions you’ll ever make, and you want to enter into it with a partner you can trust—a realtor who is able to understand you and your needs.

I am a mother and homeowner myself—I know first-hand the concerns of finding a place for you and your loved ones—and the great feeling when you do finally find it.

I’ve spent much of my professional life matching people—first as a recruiter, and now as a real estate agent. I’m new enough to the real estate game to provide fresh, innovative ideas, yet experienced enough at matching people with people to help you find your ideal realtor. Already this year I’ve helped half a dozen families in the New York tri-state area find a realtor, and then a home. It’s a win-win situation.

I’m not going to ‘hard-sell’ you on myself or any other realtor. That’s not what you deserve, and it’s not my style. I want to listen to what you want, and then try to help you—either on my own or through my extensive referral network, which includes these regions:
